Vietnamese EFL Students’ Perceptions of Difficulties in Achieving English Oral Communicative Competence

In response to the reform in education proposed by Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) Vietnam, pendulum most teaching learning activities has swung their concentration communicative competence-based approaches. Developing competence amongst students English received tons effort from related stakeholders such as teachers, students, educators, researchers policy makers.
