In response to the reform in education proposed by Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) Vietnam, pendulum most teaching learning activities has swung their concentration communicative competence-based approaches. Developing competence amongst students English received tons effort from related stakeholders such as teachers, students, educators, researchers policy makers. The number studies investigating this shift date, however, remained scared. current study, therefore, aims investigate perception a Foreign Language (EFL) about difficulties they encounter achieving oral competence.
